Delivery Charges & Methods
At Meubles, customer service is paramount. To this end, we offer the following delivery methods for both online sales and purchases made through our stores in Kilkenny and Galway.
Throughout this site, we have included the relevant delivery option details pertaining to each product. Where there is more than one choice of delivery method, customers have the option of choosing their preferred method. Details of each method and charges (if applicable) are outlined below.
FREE CLICK & COLLECT
We are delighted to offer this service to customers Free of Charge. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Click & Collect’. Provided that we have the item in stock and your payment has been received successfully, we will have your order ready to collect from our store within 5 hours for Homewares items and 7 hours for Furniture items (during normal store opening hours). You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it is ready for collection. Please bring this acknowledgement with you when collecting.

MEUBLES HOME DELIVERY SERVICE ROI
Larger furniture items purchased online or in our store to be delivered in ROI will be delivered through the Meubles Home Delivery Service Team. If you place your order online and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order and giving you an indicative delivery timeline. For larger furniture items that are in stock and purchased online, we aim to deliver to you between 5-12 working days. Our delivery team will contact you by phone prior to delivery to confirm a suitable date and time for you to receive your furniture order. If you purchase directly from our store and not online, our Home Delivery Service Team will also contact you to confirm a suitable date and time for your furniture delivery.
As with the nature of the furniture we sell, some items purchased online are not in-stock and will be made/ordered especially for you. Where this is the case, we have included an indicative delivery timeline.
A small fee of €49 is payable for delivery of your furniture through the Meubles Home Delivery Service in the Republic of Ireland.
COURIER DELIVERIES
We are delighted to offer this service for most items within our Homewares and Gift departments and for smaller furniture items that are predominantly flat packed. We work with a number of couriers to provide this service including An Post, Fastway Couriers, DPD, TNT amongst others. If you choose this method of delivery, the following charges apply to this service:

- Spend €0-€99.99 – a charge of €7.95 up to 20kg will apply
- Spend €100+ - FREE up to 20kg will apply
NI
- Spend €0-€99.99 - a charge of €10.50 up to 20kg will apply
- Spend €100+ - FREE up to 20kg will apply
UK*
- Spend €0-€149.99 - a charge of €10.50 up to 20kg will apply
- Spend €150+ - FREE up to 20kg will apply
When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Courier'. Provided that we have the item in stock and your payment has been received successfully, we will have your order ready and despatched to you within 3-4 days (ROI & NI). Deliveries by courier to the UK 5-7 days. You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it has been despatched. This acknowledgment will also include a tracking code that you can use to track your package via the courier's website. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions Policy for further details.
UK Deliveries*
We are happy to send your order via courier to the UK. You will however be responsible for any customs charges that apply to your order. The relevant UK courier company who will actually deliver your order is responsible for collecting any charges that may apply and will contact you directly regarding these. When you have paid the relevant charges, your item will be delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise what charges may be liable.
