Throughout this site, we have included the relevant delivery option details pertaining to each product. Where there is more than one choice of delivery method, customers have the option of choosing their preferred method. Details of each method and charges (if applicable) are outlined below.

FREE Click & Collect

Click and Collect Icon

We are delighted to offer this service to customers Free of Charge. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Click & Collect’. Provided that we have the item in stock and your payment has been received successfully, we will have your order ready to collect from our store within 5 hours for Homewares items and 7 hours for Furniture items (during normal store opening hours). You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it is ready for collection. Please bring this acknowledgment with you when collecting.

Meubles Home Delivery Service ROI

Larger furniture items purchased online or in our store to be delivered in ROI will be delivered through the Meubles Home Delivery Service Team FREE of Charge. If you place your order online and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order and giving you an indicative delivery timeline. For larger furniture items that are in stock and purchased online, we aim to deliver to you between 5-12 working days. Our delivery team will contact you by phone prior to delivery to confirm a suitable date and time for you to receive your furniture order. If you purchase directly from our store and not online, our Home Delivery Service Team will also contact you to confirm a suitable date and time for your furniture delivery.

As with the nature of the furniture we sell, some items purchased online are not in-stock and will be made especially for you. Where this is the case, we have included an indicative delivery timeline. Our uniformed and experienced team will place your furniture order in the required room/s and remove all packaging (if desired). However, we cannot accept any liability for any occurrence that might take place thereon. We are also happy to remove and dispose of furniture items you no longer need for a small fee when purchasing like for like products. You can avail of this service when placing your order. 

Courier Deliveries

We are delighted to offer this service for most items within our Homewares and Gift departments and for smaller furniture items that are predominantly flat packed. We have partnered with An Post to offer this service to you. This service is available for items below 30kg (combined purchases) for ROI and NI and items below 20kg for the UK, all of which are less than 1m x 3m in girth. If you choose this method of delivery, the following charges apply to this service:


  • Spend €0-€49.99 – a charge of €7.95 up to 30kg will apply 
  • Spend €50+ - FREE up to 30kg will apply


  • Spend €0-€74.99 - a charge of €10.50 up to 30kg will apply
  • Spend €75+ - FREE up to 30kg will apply


  • Spend €0-€99.99 - a charge of €10.50 up to 20kg will apply
  • Spend €100+ - FREE up to 20kg will apply

When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Courier'. Provided that we have the item in stock and your payment has been received successfully, we will have your order ready and despatched to you within 2 days (ROI and NI) and 3-4 days (UK). You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it has been despatched. This acknowledgement will also include a tracking code which you can use to track your package. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions Policy for further details.



We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from Meubles. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and regulations will apply. Please note that items delivered in error, damaged or are faulty, have their own returns policy which is detailed below.

In-store Purchases

We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Certain items such as rugs, mirrors, accessories and pictures must be returned within 48 hours. Made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a credit note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.

Online Purchases

If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Special order, made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). 

You will however be responsible for any postage/courier charges to return the item. This includes large furniture items the Meubles Home Delivery Service Team delivered to you.

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned our customer service personnel will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

Any disputes in relation to a return will be handled through the EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Service.

We have partnered with An Post to simplify the return procedure for online purchases of smaller goods delivered in ROI. Simply log onto and follow the steps you see on the screen. Please note you will need access to a printer to utilise this service. We are delighted to inform you that we have secured reduced postal rates for customers who use this service.

Special Order/Made to Measure/Bespoke Items

In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to accept the return of a special order/made to measure or bespoke item.

For orders of special order/made to measure or bespoke items ordered in-store a 20% deposit is required to secure that order. Should we agree to accept the cancellation of your order we reserve the right to keep your deposit. 

For online sales of special order/made to measure items or bespoke items, that we agree to accept as a return, we reserve the right to withhold 20% of the value you paid to purchase the item.

Please ensure to measure the room and access points to your room prior to ordering furniture. All items we sell online include dimensions; however, they are for guidance only.

If you are returning large furniture items the Meubles Home Delivery Team delivered to you, which we have agreed to accept as a returned item, you have the choice of using your own method of delivery to return the item(s) to us or our Meubles Home Delivery Service personnel will collect the item/s you wish to return. Our fee for this service will be €25, €49 or €99 based on your delivery area - ROI Area 1, ROI Area 2 and ROI Area 3. Please see Area costs below.
